At Hotel Photography India, we value your trust. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and guarantees are handled for both our photography services and any digital products we may offer.
Booking Fees: All booking fees are non-refundable, as they secure your project dates and cover pre-production planning.
Completed Services: Once a shoot has been completed, refunds are not available for services rendered.
Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your results, our Booking Boost Guarantee applies (see below).
We promise results. If you don’t see a clear increase in clicks, inquiries, or bookings within 90 days of using our visuals:
We will reshoot the agreed deliverables at no additional service fee.
The Client remains responsible for all production-related costs (crew travel, accommodation, styling, props, permits, etc.).
Guarantee eligibility requires that the Client uses the visuals consistently across OTAs, websites, and marketing channels. Misuse, incomplete implementation, or modification voids the guarantee.
Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products once access has been provided.
Access Issues: If you experience technical problems accessing a digital product, contact us within 7 days, and we will ensure you receive working access.
No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, or lack of usage.
In rare cases, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company if required by applicable law.
